Project information:

The project is a large-scale logistics facility located in TECO Industrial Park, Pampanga, Philippines.

Our company was responsible for a 5,000 ㎡ construction scope within the project, supplying approximately 200 tons of steel structural components and 10,000 ㎡ of sandwich panel enclosure systems.

The facility is located in a tropical industrial environment characterized by high humidity, heavy rainfall, and seasonal storm conditions, requiring reliable structural performance, durable building envelope systems, and efficient on-site coordination to ensure stable long-term logistics operations.
