Shengtai lithium battery factory enclosure project is located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China, providing building envelope solutions for the lithium battery manufacturing facility of Hebei Shengtai Materials Co., Ltd. The project utilized approximately 40,000 sqm of polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panels for the wall and roofing enclosure system.
Lithium battery production facilities require high standards in fire resistance, thermal insulation, and stable indoor production environments. The polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panels combine the fire-resistant properties of rock wool core material with the airtightness advantages of polyurethane edge sealing, improving the overall sealing performance and durability of the building envelope system.
